People seem to like my "What I've been listening to" posts. Well it is always refreshing to discover new music. I've been listening to a lot of random stuff lately, old and new. Go support that new Big K.R.I.T! He's one of my favorite emcees currently out. And for those who aren't feeling JT, at least appreciate the Neptunes sound. And I actually digged Wizard! Oh I apologize Cudi, I meant WZRD! Yes I can see how the album was critically poor and some lyrics were a bit corny, but I'm a fan of Cudi and the album was meant for the fans. It was definitely a fun and experimental listen. Some of (polka)Dot's instrumental breaks were also super smooth ex: Love Hard and The Dream Time Machine. On a side note, I found it ironic that the album art somewhat matched quite nicely.
