Sometimes you may like a brand strictly for their products. Then you may love a brand once you know the people behind it. For me, this philosophy applies to The Cassette Company. I discovered Cassette at Agenda as they were only a few booths across from me. From Row M, they definitely had the most traffic. Sunglasses are a simplistic, necessity accessory and with an array of colors to choose from, buyers would stop and play dress up in front of their mirrors. I for one was a victim. Cassette has many popular looking styles to your pricey competitors, but at very affordable costs. Their bamboo-ed out eyewear only have $50 price tag! I'm in love with the way the their OG model fits and the how durable they are for only $20. But beyond their solid sun protective spectacles, the crew behind Cassette are some of the most down to earth and humble people I've met at the trade show and in my 19 years of life. Many people at the trade show came off as thinking they were better than you, but Cassette were very friendly and warm to everyone. Usually brands don't sell their booth's products, but we were digging the sunglasses so much that we had to ask if we can purchase some (and none of us had sunglasses for Disneyland, so it was a must). They were so nice that they were willing to give us a deal, then coming aand looking at our stuff, they requested a trade. For are unreleased beanies, we got a handful of shades. Thanks again to Makana, Jade and Melanie of Cassette Co, your future looks promising! Pictured above is the OG model with frosted frames and fire tint.
